To request a refund, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days after delivery. We only process refunds if your item arrives damaged or defective.
To be approved for a refund please provide us with a proof of purchase (receipt), order number (if known) and photographic proof of damage or defection and we will give you instructions on how to proceed. We can’t accept the return of food products.
We will let you know whether your refund is approved or not by email. If it is approved, your refund will be processed and you will receive credit to your original method of payment.
