BackReturns and Refunds Policy

For Returns and Refunds:
To request a refund, please contact us at within 14 days after delivery. We only process refunds if your item arrives damaged or defective.

To be approved for a refund please provide us with a proof of purchase (receipt), order number (if known) and photographic proof of damage or defection and we will give you instructions on how to proceed. We can’t accept the return of food products.

We will let you know whether your refund is approved or not by email. If it is approved, your refund will be processed and you will receive credit to your original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy
Since orders are sent out immediately upon receiving them, we cannot accept cancellations.
For subscriptions:
To cancel or skip your subscription, you must do so at least 5 days before the date your next order falls on through ‘My Page’.
